Before we began designing and facilitating, large group musical team building keynotes, we learned our craft, through small group musical team building sessions. This is where we began to get really, really good at creating customized, face-to-face, hands-on experiences. Inclusive, fast-paced and disruptive programs…all true! This is where we learned what works, and what doesn’t. This is where we learned that to truly tailor a program to a clients needs, regardless of industry, required a great deal of homework on our part.

As a matter of fact, before we began designing large group musical team building experiences, we truly had to learn how to do this program exceptionally well at a micro level. Now, though we engage in large sessions on a regular basis, it’s still the ability to relate one on one, and micro to micro group within the keynote session, that leads to the ultimate collaboration process. In the final stages of each program piece by piece, these smaller groups throughout a ballroom of 1000 will help each other build THEIR song of the moment. We watch the micro become the macro in this large group Nashville-style team building experience.
So…we LOVE our small group team building programs, and we think you will as well. Personal, low pressure, highly-impactful. These intimately sized events allow for a tremendous amount of individual attention from your facilitators, and a great deal of opportunity for engagement from the room. Everyone at the table will have their say.
If you have a large conference, and a proper amount of time on your hands, we can even host concurrent small team, musical collaboration sessions going on, with different facilitators all leading your teams on the same assignment. Then, when the process is complete, you can have a sing-off. Here, all teams perform their versions of a pre-determined song assignment for the entire group. It’s a GREAT way to send a conference off with a bang…OR to wrap up the morning before lunch. WHY? Because this model of our musical team building programs allows a great deal of transparency into the brainstorming, and problem-solving processes of each separate group. Therefore, each group will be able to absorb takeaways from what the other groups made of their assignment.
What a fun way to start off the week! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and for leading a session at the conference that was truly unique and which engaged our creativity.
Heather Perdue, M.A., CFRE The Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University
Jeff and his team gave us exercises that allowed for critical team development. One of Jeff’s most valuable assets is his ability to empower others using songwriting as a tool. Our group was so lucky to spend an afternoon with Jeff and Michael.
Jamie Amaral, Senior Director Marketing & Sales – OIA, Inc.
Jeff’s process was fast-paced, fun and educational. It was highly interactive and it most certainly brought out the creative spirit in everyone. It was unlike any other team-building exercise that I’ve encountered. I would encourage any group wanting a unique and meaningful team-building experience to work with Jeff. It is time well spent.
